Guy's,

I'd like to buy a dozen aluminum shafts and was wondering which of the following would likely work best from my set-up:

2413, 2314, 2315, 2216

I draw 29" and am shooting 48@28 bow and currently shoot a 30.25" Carbon Express 250 w/175 tip.  The total arrow weight is 545 grains and they bare shaft slightly weak at 15-20 yards.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

My draw and weight are close to yours....
   I use the 2016 legacy....

I also would have said 2016 but your 250's are .417 deflection.2215/.419 would be closest.2020 is .426 and 2117 is .407.

I personally don't like the fatter shafts. The thinner,20 diameter (5/16") shafts will penetrate better and thicker walls like on the 2020,will make a tougher arrow.

I would try a 2016 and 2018.

You could also try a 2114.  Look at Black Widow's site.  They sell shafts one-at-a-time so you can find out what works best for you.
