There are some incredible bargains to be had on all sorts of used bows, arrows, quivers, wool clothing - you name it and it is there. Like a flea market for Trad junkies!  There are still lots of things that are far below what you would expect to pay if you were buying off the classifieds.

Check out some of the bargains still to be had on the St. Jude auction forums. Lots of great stuff at incredibly low prices.  There are still things that don't even yet have a bid!

It's not just limited to bowhunting related stuff either. And lots of it is brand new.  You can start your Christmas shopping!

To get there click on the big yellow banner at the top of the PowWow main page. There are 5 different forums to browse.  And don't forget that there is more than 1 page on each forum.  Many of the best bargains are hiding on page 2.

Sure, there are some bids on a few items that will make your jaws drop.  And some unbelievable examples of Trad Gang generosity. But if  you look around there are still plenty of bargains be had.

If you like great deals you won't want to miss out on this.

Joe, thanks to you my wife has found the St. Jude forums. I tried to tell her the auction was for men only BUT she would'nt listen. She now has bids on several items. Problem is, if she wins, she wants to pay using money from my "St. Jude stash".

Not to mention the sheer entertainment value of reading some of the "pound cake wars" and knife banters, etc! Whooie! Better'n dinner and a movie!

And then after getting such a "feel good" going, ya saunter innocently over to another post offering something and bam...Just like Emmeril, you're bidding on that!

Gotta love an auction that goes for a week!

It's also funny that as many times as I have been through each forum I still find something that I missed. Just like today,I found some turkey feathers that I outbid Doc on. OOPS, sorry Doc.  :knothead:    :bigsmyl:

Iget some of my best deals form "hardcore" compound shooters,, honestly many of them tried trad and never admit it but if you get them alone and  ask if they have anything laying around then alot of them do..

I watched my buddy buy a mint Saxon Hawk recurve for 200 bucks and the guy selling it knew what it was worth because he paid the 900 for it,,, thing is he had no idea where to sell it and opted for the local deal and no shipping and both walked away very happy, my buddy got the hawk and the other guy bought some new ACC's (no kidding)

Yeah, if you see a no bid listing bid something...it'a a great cause. You can buy it and donate it to the auction next year.
