Hello this is my first time capping & a little cresting with paint & like your opinions on how I did.

The main color is a very light Pink Krylon to help me find my lost arrows when they don't know where the target is & the crest line is maroon Testors along with my always nock ring "as I call it" I crested them by hand instead of using a bench & machine.

Looking good Eugene!!

Nice case. Where did you get it?

Bud B; the case is actually a MTM Arrow Plus case that I modified for my T/D Recurve.
Got the idea from another Trad Ganger "forgive me I forgot his name" & just changed a few areas to suit the Recurve limbs.

Eugene,

Nice arrows and the case is a great idea for a travelling man.

Not much prettier than a new puppy or a fresh set of arrows. Nice job those are sharp.

An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it's going to launch you into something great.

Very nice job.  Just finished a dozen of Gold Tips fletched with barred feathers.  I took off the graphics with 600 steel wool and Borax powder. Hard to tell they are carbon.
A fast miss....is still a miss.

Very nice. I have a dozen GT shafts, feathers, tape and a Bitz inbound right now. I'm tracking its slow progress across the country now. I'm going with plain whites, but I hope mine come out half that nice.

I'm curious about the capping. (Yes, I will employ the search mechanism...)

Doh! I didn't mean capping, I meant footing. But I got it.

Nice looking arrows.  I did notice that you don't have much twist to your feathers.  Do you shoot an offset or are they straight?  I shoot hard RW helical which is nearly opposite but would love to hear more about your reasons.

I have a RW helical clamp for my Bitz but for the most part I've had great success with just ofsetting the feathers even with the big Woodsmans up front.
I offset mine by just adjusting the clamp over a shaft where the lead edge of the feather is almost off & the tail edge is the same but on opesite side.
