As a member of the Zipper ProStaff, whenever you buy new equipment you can ask for a meeting to convene to get help with equipment set-up. I recently bought a new set of limbs for my ZSR riser, 62", 44#@28". Bacote veneers, bamboo core(with coretuff or uniwelt), and bubinga accelerator wedges. Well, right away I knew I would need help for arrow selection and the call went out. Senior ProStaff member Benjy came to the rescue!!!     He calculated that even with the difference in our draw lengths that I could/should shoot the same arrow set-up that he does, and had Bill and Tracy package up an arrow to arrive with the limbs. Thanks Benjy. Can't wait to meet you in person and give you a proper THANK YOU!   :clapper:

Here's some pics of the limbs, my Zipper ProStaff armguard, and the arrow Benjy was kind enough to send me:

Thanks Benjy! Your draw length made it a real struggle and then I realized, I shoot left wing! I just can't use this one, although with my luck with turkeys, maybe I should!  :readit:    :nono:

Very nice bow. If that green arrow is what they sent, you sir have a very short draw lol.

LongStick64

Sweet sugar I love that armguard. I want one.

Yep, the green arrow is what my buddy Benjy sent! Here I was all posed for a magic arrow to set the league afire with, and he pulls that on me. I should've known when the limbs were taped to the inside of the box, and how short the box was, that something was up! I love my Zipper buddies!

Nice of them to toss that bow and armguard in with your arrow purchase  :)

Very nice set up.  I really like the color combination.

Great looking bow, nice contrast between the riser and limb veneers. I like the arrow also.

Nice Mike!  Limbs go well with the riser.  Gonna be tough to find a quiver for those arrows though, may have to strap em on bandalero style.

Can't wait for my turn in August.  I'm working on my patience now and not buggin Bill all the time.

Good to see that Jr. Pro-Staff membership has its rewards.    One day I will reach the coveted promised land.   :p

Very impressive!!!  The bow and the armguard.

Really sweet bow.

I just went to the Zipper website and I really like how they let you choose from a menu to specify a custom bow. Very cool.

Cool quivers, too.

Yep, all the Zipper stuff is great. And of course, you guys realize I'm not an OFFICIAL Zipper ProStaff member but Bill does let me play along. I love the versatility of these boys and just 2# difference swapping limbs from SXT to ZSR seems to make just enough difference sometimes. Still, I'll be looking to snipe some of Benjy's St. Judes bids this year!

Mike, I'm glad you liked the arrow!    You don't need a quiver for those arrows, you just lick the point end and stick it on your forehead! I'm sure you would be glad to post a picture of how that works!

Bill and Tracy are really good sports with all the shenanigans we've been pulling on them. Bill was on the recieving end of that "special" arrow and I see he had no problem fowarding the fun!

Beautiful bow, I'm glad you didn't scratch your limbs getting them out of the box.
