Correct Arrow?

I will be shooting a 45lb longbow with a 28" draw, I am wondering what arrows I should use. I have some heritage 150's but they have a 100 gain insert and I fear that it may be to much with a 100 grain point.Thank you all for your input!

Personally, I think the 150's with 100 grain insert and 125 grain points or so should fly well. I would certainly give them a go and see how they fly.
