Well for all the badger suggestions out there I live in south east Iowa and have a crap ton of raccoon pics on my trail cams sooooooooo.... id guess those who said chupa cabra are right

I may have to change my original answer to badger.

Nope, not a badger.  That's a raccoon skull. There are several distinct difference between the two skulls in the above pictures.  The most sure way would be to have some measurements and give us a look at the teeth.
