Just curious if anyone here can build a bow to fit my grandson. He's not very big, and Im sure he has a very short draw length and would need a lower weight bow. I figure if I can get his broadheads sharp enough he should be ready to hunt by this October. BTW here is his picture we took the other day.

Now look at that little bundle. What's his call sign? Congratulations.

Congrats to Ya! Grand kids are great, you can spoil them rotten and don't have to live with the repercussions. Enjoy him while you can.  Crow  :clapper:

Is he a lefty or righty? Looks like he's keeping that left thumb handy so I'm thinking he's a lefty.

Looks like maybe a 7 pound bow at maybe 19 inches. Hard to tell though with all the linen backing around him....

I think a squirrel skin back quiver might be about the right size for his arrows.

Handsome young lad there.

Built that low, he'll be a great tracker! Congrats on the new helper!
Longbows, you see, do not make mistakes...there is no tuning to distract attention from the task at hand or provide excuses when arrows wind up in places we did not ask them to visit.

Respectfully, how about "LogJam" for Mr. Logan James a handle.  Many good hunts ahead of you for sure.
