The carbon express heritage series is one of the toughest shafts I have ever come across. I have been shooting them for four years and have only broken about four of them due to them hitting our concrete drive way when I missed and they are alot cheaper than most other carbon shafts

Again for Carbon Express Heritage. At a 3d shoot I watch my brother miss a target and put his 350 into a solid giant rock which fired the arrow the full 18 yards back to our feet. The knock was out the insert was out and the shaft was perfect!!

I'm trying to decide between CE Heritage 250's and Arrow Dynamics Traditionals.  Any thoughts?  I can't use the Stu Miller calculator on the AD shafts which is why I am having trouble making a decision.

I will have no CE arrows in my house ever since I read the quote by a CE official saying it was nice not having "rif raf" (us bowhunter arrow buyers) coming by his booth at the ATA show.

Carbons I agree on the CX Heritage one tough shaft! Woods: Ash and Ramin, I have good luck  with Doug Fir!

Which Carbon Express would shoot well in a Hybrid L/B   #50 @ 27" close to center cut? Currently using GT's 35/55. Thinking about trying something different.

I like Douglas fir (I only shoot wood) but I blew up three of them at a stump shoot last weekend while the 12 guys shooting carbon may have broken three carbons between them all day as a group on the same stumps and such.  It convinced me I may just have to learn how to select a carbon for my bow down the road.  I was surprised how many carbons seperated the nocks at the insert shoulder from the impact.

Thanks CA BOWHUNTER.  That is my son Gatlin shooting with Dad.  He LOVES the outdoors; shooting, fishing, etc..  I am going to order AD's today and try them out.  I am shooting BW 52@28 and I draw 28.5".  I am also ordering the new Simmons Tiger Shark head which weighs 175 grains.  I think the AD Trad will be the right spine.  I think the AD lites would not have enough spine for that head from my bow.  Am I wrong?  Bowwild; if someone from CE said that then that would be reason for me to not buy their shafts as well.

Traditional beagle how heavy of a point are you planning on using. If you are going to use anything above 125 grains the 250's cut at about 29 in. will work anything less than 125 grains and you will need the 150's

I'd have to toss up a coin between the CE Heritage and the Axxis Nano shafts.  I've broke both, but neither was easy!

Dude, if you want something trad, by which I mean not carbon or alu, you cannot get any stronger than bamboo shafts! Those things really can take alot of punishment!
