I am interested in any feedback pro or con on the Fisk longbows - both designs Black Wolf and HHC. I would be interested on impressions for both the one-piece and take-down versions.
Thanks

Bowits

I have owned a Fisk BLACK WOLF for about 5 years.
It was built during the "transition period", so I dont know who did what as far as building the bow.  It is a quality bow in every area, looks, performance and quality, speed and "hits were you look". Built with all of the option offered at that time  62in 72lbs@28
I wish I could get one just like it about 55lbs.

Not trying to steal your thread but i was wanting to here some opinions on the Fisk Bows Also

Rod Bear

I own both the one piece, and the take-down Black Wolfe. The one piece is the best bow I ever shot. Been shooting for 40 years. The take-down is a sleve design, which makes the handle larger than the one piece. I like the one piece the best. Great workmanship. My bow are in the 55-60 lb.range, 66".

I own the Harrison HHC and the two pc Black Wolf.  I got them before the transition.  When I got ready to purchase another bow, now being made made by Fisk at the time,  I was told by certain individuals that they were not up to par like Harrisons were. So I passed on the Fisk.  So I'm intersted in how this "thread" goes!  I love both of my Harrisons.  You couldn't beat the quality and performance of these bows.  I didn't hear a whole lot about the bows after the transition.      :saywhat:    :archer2:
