Done several searches and wanting opinions on back quivers like the arrow master, bow mate elite, gfa and leather side quivers like the one that Jack Bowers makes or Big Jim's leather side quivers. Have a new to me bow coming and didn't want to go with a bow mounted quiver for hunting. Looking for other options and open to other brands or makers. Thanks in advance.

i just got an Arrow Master Duiker. Like it a lot, I've been using it in the turkey woods and it is handy and quiet.

For many, many years have used a back quiver. This year going to give a GFA side quiver a go.

I tried a back quiver. Like the look but with winter clothes on and my bulky body I had a hard time reaching arrows. Might have been the wrong quiver for me. Always used a bow quiver till I got my side stalker. This is my new favorite. Modified it so it's more upright and can maneuver it as needed for brush when chasing rabbits and stalking. Take it off when I get to my set up. Just suits my style better.

How about the G .Fred Asbell,he has been at it for a week or two.Just kidding, its all preference when it comes to quivers to me.I prefer a bow quiver for hunting for sure, but sure like a hip quiver for just target and hiking around.

Bowtie

For hunting, my favorite is GF Asbell quiver.  For 3D, a leather side quiver.

Cat Quiver 3 1/2 is my favorite for a quiver/backpack combo.

Great suggestions so far. Those that use quivers like the arrow master without grippers are the arrows laying loose inside noisy when moving about.

No the loose arrow quivers Like Jack Bowers are not noisy.  The fleese hood is snugged down to hold them tight.

I don't know about the Arrow Master types since I 've never owned one.  I have nothing but good to say about Jack's quivers and for that matter about Jack himself. The models that Rapter Archery sells are Jack's too.
I find the older I get, the less I used to know!

Ari

Jacksdaw got it Steven Catts makes some really nice quivers, In fact I've got one of his side quivers on order.

Night Wing

One good aspect of the GFA quiver . It's basically a side quiver, but when going through heavy brush, it can be worn like a back quiver.
