Do you all use a spin tester on all of your arrows? What do you use to spin test them?

I use a spin tester,bought one years ago at the Kentucky Klassic.I used it to check my wood arrows after hook straighting them check.It was quick and easy to check for straightness.That was all I shot back then.But I use it to check my aluminums,haven't used it on my carbons.It was just so much quicker then siting down the arrow.It was worth the investment to me,it was only like around $15 back when I bought it,still have it and use it when I feel the need to.

I picked up an Ace Spin Spine Tester not to long ago it doesnt spin as fast as a plain spin tester does but I get both of the items I wanted.

This months TBM shows a quick cheap way to make one from a few nails and a 2x4. I check every arrow I mount a head on Field or broad.

I use the spin testers mounted on the rail of my arrow saw.

It's best for testing point straightness. For arrow straightness I use an old aluminum arrow straightener with a dial.

Good idea - He is very creative in his articles, I like the little ball bearing rollers - Ace is the place for me though
