What size adapters do I need for a STOS head? 5/16 or 11/32   I should know this stuff (been shootin screw ins)  Thanks Craig

Still  11/32" because STOS have a 11/32" ferrule.
Blacktail TD Recurve: 66", 42# @ 30". Arrow: 32", 2212. PW: 75 Grains. AW: 421 Grains. GPP: 10.02
Blacktail TD Recurve: 66", 37# @ 30". Arrow: 32", 2212. PW: 75 Grains. AW: 421 Grains. GPP: 11.37
