a buddy of mine has a leather hip quiver that says "Custom by Petty Brookfield MO" I have searched and can't find who this is.

Anybody familiar with this guy? I would like to order a quiver from him.it is quite similar to the daves quiver sold by 3R, if it makes any difference.
