Well finally got him to the processor and have some time to catch up.
I'll try to take you through the whole process. It has been since 2005 from my last Whitetail. That is when I still lived in New York.
I moved back to Ohio from California in 2013. tried to find somewhere to hunt, ended up buying an acre lot surrounded by 100 acres of land that I have permission to hunt.
