My advice would be to take it slow and don't overdo it. I had knee surgery this past spring and got a little to aggressive with my workouts recently and am now heading back to the Ortho for another look:(

June surgery and shooting in September! That's great Doc, you must have listened well to your PT.
Took me a solid 5 months on my right shoulder.....I didn't do as I was told. A solid 4 months on my left when I followed instructions.
