People often ask how to tell a bear that is worth shooting...well your pictures of the head of that bear ought to be made into a poster for all bear hunters to see...plain and simple if there is a big crease in the forehead like that and the space between the small looking ears one can forget about anything else and slip an arrow through the lungs

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

A friend of mine from Lethbridge shot a black nosed bear many years ago about like that one...he gave it to his taxidermist friend to mount however he chose...the guy did a full body mount on all fours and George had to build an addition onto his small house to have a place to put it...lots of taxidermists are closet comedians
