How do I get someone added to the hall of shame?

I bought a "production quality" fiberglass backed bow from David Berry of Burlington VT. What I got was a carved up stave with fiberglass drywall tape backing. The limbs still have deep tool marks and gouges in the riser. I won't even string the bow as it obvious it will blow. He acknowledge this and said he would send out a Bear recurve to make it right. He now says that isn't going to happen. He has burned several people on FB.

Sorry to hear. I fortunately have always had good interaction with members here. I have sent out bows prior to payment and had the same done for me as well. I have even done a giveaway as many others here have done. Hopefully it will be made good.

Ya wonder why anyone would think he could get by with such a thing! Well, yeah, Justin -the sad thing is he got by on you. Shame on him! Hopefully, your warning prevents others from making the same mistake. Not much consolation, huh?

I wish you better days with your future dealings. Unfortunately, they won't come with guarantees either.

Sorry to hear of your troubles,

I've never had an issue with trad gang members. That's why I dont mind the menial fee of $30.00, I know I am safe with a little common sense.

If this is not a deal that took place on TradGang, I don't even see why it's posted here. If your buying on Fleabay or FB it's at your own risk.

man, that's a bummer about what happened! But I agree, if it didn't happen on here , kind of hard to report it on here. It's ok to make everyone aware......caveat emptor
