Got this idea from another post and thought it would be interesting.
Here's Mickey with the fruits of his labor.

My first beagle Trump with my first bow and arrow rabbit, the year was 1961, the bow was a 1959 Kodiak Special.

Trump and I a year later with two rabbits taken with a 61 Bear Kodiak Special. I swear that dog knew when he was getting his picture taken.    :D

Ron I'll bet that mob of dogs makes some noise !

I miss hunting bunnies over multiple beagles.  One is fun, but you get five or six and the sounds are worth the price of admission.

Not with a bow...but still old school. Mods pull if not appropriate please.

I grew up with beagles.  Great dogs.  My uncle has written 4 humorous books about beagles.

I went rabbit hunting with stick bows, a buddy and his beagles last week. He got one with his Hoyt Dorado but I never got a shot at one with my Black Widow. We had a large time. I don't have any pics though. I'll take some next time.

Keith you uncle has to be Bob Ford. I just ended up on his website this past weekend.

I could care less about shooting a rabbit, but to hear the hounds on a hot track is pleasure beyond compare. Snowshoes, Hemlocks and the sounds of the pack..........beautiful!!

I like the sound, shooting and the eating.

Yep, thats my uncle.  Pastor Bob.  Its hard to have a conversation with him without cracking up.  His books are great.

I had 3 beagles in the early 80s. Nothing like hearing a good race. Thanks for the pics.

Here's a rabbit (running shot in that tall grass).

Here's a couple of my beagles. Rough looking curs aren't they?
