Gerald, IT IS A DONKEY! HOLLY SMOKES!    :eek:      That head does look like a donkey though. Very nice doe for sure. Those old girls are no push overs. Congratulations on a fine animal.  Way to go you guys. I reckon it's fair to say the NY boys do their share of killing deer with trad bows. I hope to be counted in the roster!

Thanks guys - I've got the meat aging in my spare fridge and will be grinding soon.  Ron it is me - Terry took my compound away from me so I had no choice but to go Trad!        I went after elk last year in CO with it too but never got to draw on one.  Good times though with a one man tent at 10,000 feet in a hail storm.

Seriously, great job in being successful in taking arguably one of the hardest animals in the US to kill with traditional archery equipment. Does don't get that big and old by being stupid.
