There have actually been 3 Wolves harvested in Alberta with Trad Bows.
It's pretty tough to do on purpose like you did.
The 3 I know of we're all taken while hunting bears over bait.

Thanks for all of the kind comments. I got an email from the FWP biologist the other day. Said this was the only wolf taken during the 2014 archery only season!
