When I shot wood I used laminated maple some and they were good heavy shafts, never used the ones from Dinks though.

I have used Dink's laminated maple shafts.  Great shafting!  My arrows were 29" long and with 125 grain tips weighed in at 750 grains--too heavy for my bows, but excellent arrows.  They sure made a bow quiet!
