The changing of the guard between the week one boys and the week two crew should be taking place right now in La Tuque. Can't wait for the tales of the hunt to unfold.

Us first week guys are back in the US headed home. There were several bears that wanted to come back with us. There will be some good stories in the coming days.

Hold onto your drawers boys, this will be a goodun. First plane this morning had to make an emergency landing so I am now several hours behind and hoping luggage isn't lost. Will try to post this evening if I'm not dead tired. I will say it was an incredible week and that it looks great for the week two boys as well.

Ok boys, one to wet the whistle as they say. Got in several hours late. Good news is my luggage got here with me and I can quit worrying about the Whip,lol. I am trying to get lots of photos loaded onto photobucket which is very time consuming. Also have to get a bunch of them emailed to the other guys. This one is just to get the show started. Story to follow. This is my bear this year. Taken on the Moose tower stand. The bow is a 58" takedown Whip 52@27", arrows 29.5" 3555s tipped with 190 grain Simmons Interceptors and 50 grain inserts. Back with the story as soon as I can.

I think Moose Tower is where oldgoat got the big bear of the hunt by making it choke on that donut last year!

lol, thanks  Bisch, he is a good one. He was the biggest of the week until the second to the last evening. Man I can't wait for you guys to see that show stopper. I will post those photos at the end of my story as I don't think the guy that got him is on Tradgang. I will let the rest tell their stories and post some photos to go along with them as they do.

Thanks guys. Bill was there and impressive as always, but he did not get the big bear. It was a friend of Bills though. His name is Ron Tandy. Mike it was a great week six bears were taken.

You can say that again Nate. So far I have managed to get six photos to load. I have been trying to load a video for over an hour. Just gave up on it, LOL.
