Rare chance at a 2014 bear hunt.

As many of you know we are booked well in advance in my bear camp one but here is a rare opening that comes with a BIG discount. My son has had something come up that will be preventing him from hunting this year and his hunt is open for 2014. I will discount this hunt $900.00 and I can promise this is a fantastic hunt in some of the most beautiful wilderness in Canada.
We are the only outfitter in the massive Mastigouche Wilderness and the 950 square mile territory is slap full of bears. We will operate out of remote cabins on beautiful lakes and the bear encounters will be up close and personal.

Every time one of these "hunt opening" threads pop up, I start thinking.

Is this a 5, or 6 day hunt ? Based on the price I saw on another site - 6 day.

The one hunt is sold but I have my personal tag that I may let go as well. I don't see me having the time to hunt this year, lol. Same offering and this is a 6 day hunt.

I have a little flexibility on the dates but it will be during the second or third week of June. I am chasing hogs right now but I will have a final answer on availaIility and dates tomorrow.

Looks like I will have my tag available so I will extend the same offer of $900.00 off. The hunt dates are June 21-25. Towards the end of this hunt week the rut should be off the charts and you may well be the only hunter hunting with 12-14 baits to choose from. There is a possibility that I could move it to the week of June 10 but that is iffy.

I can promise a fun hunt with the hardest working guides in this business.

The bowfishing went well. I had a goal of a 40 pound carp and a 50" gar and I just flat out missed on the giant gar a few days back. It looked like a black spotted gator laying there and I just blew it. I had some clients have some great nights on big fish this year.
