Ron,

It helps ease the pain when you make a good buy.  That bow was virtually brand new, and you know Bryan will get it to you in perfect condition.  Enjoy!

Ron, I know many people with a lot worse habits than you. Enjoy your bows and retirement. Life is too short .

Very, very true..........
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Ron, could you post a pick of the bow?  Maybe it will be enough to see it so I don't go and buy one myself   :knothead:

Ron that is a good illness to have in my book. Congrats on your River Runner. Maybe you can post some pic's when you get it.
Chad was telling me he might make it to Denton this summer. I have only shot his long bow's, would love to try a River Runner this summer. Hoping he can make it.

I have met Ron's wife and she is very understanding and forgiving of his weaknesses.  Much better then he deserves.     :)

Ron's one of those guys who makes me feel good about what I'm doing.  I appreciate him very much.  Chad

I got my new to me bow in the mail today, wow, nice stuff. to cold and crappy to go out and shoot it but I am really pleased. Chad Holm did a super job on his version of the Kodiak. And just so you know, Bhall is great to deal with!

Just reviving this thread to admit that I, too, have succumbed to the addiction.  Just bought my first Holm River Runner Kodiak.  Should see it in a couple of days!

Ron, to post here about your illness is weak! Like a crack addict asking other crackheads if it's alright to have another hit! Such a sad attempt to gain approval!!!

Don't bet on it... [/b]
Hmmm, 15 years, 250+ bows, and the only thing that has really slowed me down is retirement and the reduced amount fun money available that comes along with retirement!

For the first time in 15 years, I've owned one bow, my Morrison Cheyenne with Max 1 limbs, for over a year, 1.5 years to be exact!

Its so bad.  I have downsized to three bows I love recently in order to put $ back in the bank for a lean 2015 because of new school + work and I STILL cruise the classifieds daily I guess 'wishing' to buy with Monopoly money?? LMAO!!
