Custom Leather Arm Guard Maker

I am looking for the name and website of the guy and business that used to post all the time under sponsor classifieds. He made very fancy custom arm guards. I cannot find him under sponsors and I do not see him in any of the classifieds. Any ideas?

It is not either of these...I believe he does taxidermy or sells art also and lives in WY or MT.
