For some people a longbow just doesn't get the job done out of a canoe or treestand so I dusted off my form for a 54" recurve.  This bow is about as close as I we can get to a longbow.  1.25" wide limbs with a longbow grip.  Please welcome the "Sawed Off"

Wow, that is a sharp little bow!

Nice looking bow. Can that be made in a 58" or 60"?

Hmmmmm. I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I'm
not sure that what you heard is what I actually meant!

Guys I think the point is that it is 54".  Hence the name 'sawed off'.  Wouldn't 58 or 60 then make it something other?  No reason a well designed 54" can't be drawn to 29".  Neat lil fella.

Dang that looks good, you should build me a lefty 50 pounder at 26" and let me tell how it shoots. One of the best shooting bows I ever had my hands on was a 68" bow you built. I gave it to a friend with a longer draw that needed a lighter bow, everytime we go out together I shoot a couple of arrows out of it and kick myself.
