So I had a this bad bacterial infection  since the end  of August. Much pain and high fever. Lots of inflammations. Had to follow an cure for two weeks. The bacteria was killed, but I kept feeling ill with too high body temperatures, pains and exhausted. In the mean time I became a stroke from my MS. MS is like an enemy that never sleeps, taking advantage of the smallest weakness.... Went to the doctor several times, but they could not find anything. Things were looking bad and I got worried. Then the doctors decided to do a big examination, all blood tests that are possible, urine and faeces  tests and an ultra sound scan of the complete belly.
I was terribly worried  they would find something terrible...
Happily enough all results were good, thanks God! As a matter of fact, they found that I am in great condition for a man of 55....
Last days however, things turned better. Body temperature is getting normal, pains are disappearing slowly, seems I am beating my MS stroke and I am getting slowly more energie...

I can't emphasize enough how blessed you are when you are healthy! And I am thankful that the good Lord gave me enough strength to fight all this.

I am getting there slowly, and thinking again about getting my bow and do some shooting in the nearby future Only the thought about that, makes me feel very happy!
.
I live by warrior rules saying to myself that everything that doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I guess I will get back very strong then!

Just wanted to share with you guys.... Just give me some time and I will be all over this forum again!       :archer:

And don't forget that health is the greatest gift we have. Without health everything ends. We tend to forget that sometimes......

Good to hear you are ok Ad. And it's true good health is more important than anything. Also I believe no amount of prescription drugs and surgery will help if the diet is junk. Keep us updated.

I laid low on emails, given last time things didn't sound to upscale.

I'm glad to see you post.  I wanted to respect your privacy, but was more than a wee bit concerned!

Sorry to hear the latter part of the saga, but you were anticipating the MS would wreak further havoc after that level of infection...

some thing even good red wine can't fix!

Prayers of gratitude that you're doing better.  If anyone will climb back to the top, it's YOU!

I guess the MS, your old adversary, is nothing compared to that horrific infection!
