NoCams, I got mine at Walmart, $22.00. Refil packs with one butane cartridge and three scent mats for $6.00. They also sell them on that auction site. Do a search on this site for thermacell and you'll get a lot of threads on it. I believe someone said you can also use the butane from women's curling irons or something like that. It's probably cheaper too, since stuff in Sporting Goods are usually more expensive.

SOS

Some our sporting goods stores have Thermacells for about $20.  Single refills (1 canister + 3 pads) for about 5 bucks.  Some places sell multpacks for cheaper.

As dry as it has been in Georgia, opening morning was amazing.  I actually saw more deer than mosquitos.  Saw and killed one mosquito, saw 7 deer and was about a tenth of a second away from my anchor on a coyote.  No blood today, but a wonderful opener.

I treat my clothes with Permanone and use my Thermacell.  No ticks, chiggers, or skeeters.  The Thermacell is the best thing to come along in a long time.

Bought me a Thermacell today, I am sure it will work as advertised. All my buds have used them for several years, I was just a little slow to convert..... I used to wear gloves and a headnet and worked pretty good. Only bad thing was they would get around the eye holes and still buzz around your ears even with the headnet. Looking forward to no headnet and no buzzing !
