My wife and I just took a ride thru my bow only area. There was a light rain beginning to fall and they were moving good. We saw 34 deer in one big Alfalfa field and 11 were bucks. Two were over 115-120"s and a couple other 3.5 year olds as well. We than got to a hidden 14 acre freshly planted rye field about 400 yards away. There was 15 deer in there and one true monster for around here at least 150" deer and he was with another big buck as well. We than hit the last filed which was planted corn that drowned out and grew real spottyand stunted. There were deer all over in there at least 30 that we coould see and at least 10 bucks, none huge but a few shooters. I would say it has been a good year for them and I have to thank a trapper and a coyote hunter. The last 3 years these two have killed at least 25 coyotes between them and that has helped a lot!! Good Luck to all, maybe I shouldn't go to Ohio and just hunt here at home

No, must be losing my mind!!! Ohio will be a blast!! Shawn
