Sounds great!

Missed Andrews call today - he's breaking in the new camp this weekend.

Some neat things for the Dec 5-8th attendees!

Shirts ordered, and I've gotten commitments from some sponsors for some fun door prizes!    :clapper:

Now, if we only get Terry Green to make an appearance!!!  ;)

Chase and I will be there this weekend to help put some finishing touches on stands and feeders....will test a few out for you guys just in case. I think ya'll are going to be in for some serious shot opportunities from both the ground and air from what I've seen so far.

The new camp is one of the nicest hunting accommodations I've seen. 8 bunks, two separate shower/bathrooms, and a washer and dryer even! I miss the nostalgia of the old camp, especially the porch but I don't think anyone would trade after seeing the new one.
If you get any good photos please let me know, all the ones of the camp on the website are pre-renovation and I hear things are looking really good out there these days. If not I'll be bringing my good camera in December.

Thanks for all of your coordinating Bob!

Looks like we not only have a great group of hunters but we should have some pretty classy digs to stay in too!

Thank you all for the good words about Wild Things.  Had a really good first weekend last week with two gentlemen(???) from upstate Virginia, Gregg and Jack.  They saw, at best count, 53 swine, loosed an arrow or two, and seemed pleased with everything. They saw the old camp, where we usually had breakfast( the new kitchen wasn't quite finished) and seemed very pleased that they didn't have the full trailer experience. They were great about eating supper at my home in Estill because of the new kitchen.  The new kitchen will be ready for my group next week.
Weather was perfect.  Many laughs, many stories (some true), and a promise to do it all again.
Looking forward to all of those of you who have booked and those of you who are planning to.

Andrew- It was a great trip and we will be back.  The new digs are worlds better than the trailer.  A fantastic time was had by all.

Oyster Roast on Saturday!  Just got word from TG Sponsor Braveheart Archery that a "goodie package" is on the way!  Thanks, Tim!

Kudos to Braveheart for their excellent choice of products and super quick shipping!  (Tim even refunded me the difference on shipping costs when it was less than what the website calculated - that is GREAT customer service!)

The trophies are in for the Most Successful (Luckiest SOB), and the Best Story (Most Full of Cr@p) winners!   ;)

It's getting closer, fellow "Hog Wild" camp-mates!  Gonna be some great stories (maybe even one or two might have a hint of truth to them    :biglaugh:   )!

Looking forward to some great eats, fantastic hog hunting and sharing tales with Hog Wild camp mates. It will be great meeting the other seven hunters, Andrew and hopefully, Terry.

Got word from South Cox last night that he's going to try really hard to have one of his new Jackal longbows ready for a TG tryout at this event!  Thanks, Cox!

This is going to be great. I have had NO time to hunt deer this season (way too much work), so I am looking forward to getting after the HOGS. I'll be packing this weekend and double checking everything.

1. shaving sharp broadheads -- check
2. clean hunting clothes -- check
3. flashlight -- check
4. compass -- check
5. knife -- check
etc.
etc.
