I had a good setup today in a field with cutover all around.  Had been in blind for two hrs and he appeared on the top .  He was a giant. He watched my setup for 20 min then turned and walked back into the pines.   I had been calling he came to check it out and just wasn't in the loving mood. They seem to be grouping up and hens are setting now.

That was great stuff!  One expensive miss too brother!!  I killed my first Rio this year with a stickbow, but the yotes got to him first, so all I have is a tailfan to show for it.  Still waiting on killing one and taking photos...with the whole bird.
