It's a funny story, really. He was only 8 steps from my tree stand when I shot him. Thankfully, he didn't give me a whole lot of time to think about the shot or I may have goofed it up.

Thanks TW. You're right. I was a total adrenaline rush for sure. I knew he brute before I shot him. He was even bigger when I got down and saw him.
