Just wanted to tell everyone hello.  I am a long time bowhunter but have only "played" around with the traditional equipment.  Seems as though something has clicked in this busy brain of mine and all of the sudden I can't get traditional off my mind.  So I broke out the recurve and started to persue my new found passion.  Wish me luck and thanks for all the information and this great web site.

Philip welcome to the gang. And good luck in your traditional adventures.

Welcome to the camp fire Philip. Your new found passion will soon become a full fledged addiction. Enjoy it though, cause this addiction can be very therapudic and rewarding.

"instinctive archery" is more like playing the violin. Without practice you may remember the mechanics, but you will not be a virtuoso.
