Hello everyone, im looking to buy a long bow im shooting a recurve right now which is great and i love shooting and hunting with it. But im lookin for something diffrent but the problem is im 18 years old and a freshman in college so im looking for a quality bow but on a 18 year olds budget who is spending to much money on books that i would rather be having target practice on    :banghead:  so any advice? thank you

Definitely keep an eye out on the classifieds. Also, if you go to any shoots ask around. Normally there are a few people selling stuff.
As for the pricey books, I started buying my books on half.com and then selling them after the quarter. Saves a lot!

There's a Doug Duncan Zebra Safari in the classifieds that I used to own (i'm not the one selling it).  If you can handle the 61# draw weight, it is one of the best shooting bows ever made.
