hahaha! Hi Tim! Love how they turned. Good choice.
Hope you like them.

Shawn, I've heard that about blue. I am currently making some for myself. I will be dying the feathers soon. Would have never thought blue would be that visible...must be.
Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

Bright?
You want bright?
I just finished these today. That's red iridescent paint on the crown and fluorescent orange nocks.

Good lookin' arrows guys!

Mine kinda look like you dunked them into the flo orange or flo yellow paint...  :)

9" Onestringer wrap, 4 fletch with 4" Right wing flo orange or flo yellow shields and matching nock.  Functional as they show up well, and hidden nicely in my Arrowmaster...

I'm kinda liking the baby blue cap on these old school arrows I spruced back up...

In the daytime I see Flo. Orange the best.

In early morning or late evening it's either white or flo. green/yellow that my eyes pick up the best.

I four-fletched some TF blue on a white crown for a friend.  They were very easy to see, follow and find.  Not much in the woods is blue.  They would darken some at dusk or dawn tho.  They were great for 3-D and made a good aiming point on the target.   :D

Very nice arrows guys!

Does the blue pick up the UV spectrum of light and tend to glow a bit in dim light?

You guys make some pretty nice, bright arrows. However, I'm thinking you only need to make them bright when you're not sure where they're going?!   :p    :scared:

I got tired of looking for them on bad shots during small game hunts.  Now I'm a pink feathers guy for a bit to see how well they work for me.  I don't care for the way they look but they ought to be easy to spot and unique at the range.

Fred,
I thought those nocks looked familiar!

If you are red-green colorblind as I am, blue and yellow show up best. Also in our fall woods blue shows up real good in all the red and yellow bushes.  Bob

All I can say is, all of these arrows are disgustingly beautiful ! I would be afraid to shoot them.

Keep up the good work.

Friends and myself do a lot of stump shooting during the winter months in the northeast. I shoot yellow and blue fletching, one friend shoots all orange.  Both are easy to find, whether there is snow on the ground or not.  Another friend shoots pink fletching.  His are the easiest to see!

I've heard that blue is easiest for the human eye to pick up but have not found it to be true for me. I can see them fine in daylight but when the moment of truth normally arrives in low light I can't see them very well. For me white shows up the best and makes it easy to read blood sign. But I am convinced that whitetails can easily see a quiver full of white arrows.

Just made these for my wife.
