Hello, from Barrie ON.  It is nice to see a number of Canadian members on this site.  Bluenose, what is the York County Bowmen's Club like?  I have been considering joining a club for a while but never sure of which one.

Mischa

Here's another Tradganger from the east coast, NS to be exact.  Hello to all!

Is that Doug Fir? Of course the birch out here are only a little smaller ...

Yup. An old fir stump probably logged in the '30s.

Hello Michael, Bob from Waterloo, Ontario just getting back into traditional archery. Started with traditional for twenty years then went to a compound and crossbow. I decided to go back to traditional just recently. I have purchased a Great Northern Super Ghost 62 inch 55 lbs @ 28 inches. Looking forward to turkey season. Would love to get up your way for moose hunting again.

Ken Taylor

Hi there everybody!

Just spotted this thread.

I haven't been around much lately because of building a new home, but I promise, I'll be back with a vengeance when it's finally finished... right now, I'm in a race to finish for bear season!

Waskaganish is a small native community on the shore of James Bay at the mouth of the Rupert River.

A couple hundred years ago everyone here was a traditional bowhunter, LOL, but right now it's just me!
May your next adventure lighten your heart, test your spirit, and nourish your soul.

SERGIO VENNERI

You hurry back, ya hear!!  :wavey:

Hello, Canadian Tradgangers. I am in Kingston, Ontario - a longbow shooter and supporter of KTAC (Kawartha Traditional Archers)

Very excited for the moose stalk... Following that majestic beasts is going to be incredible. Maybe even form a deep connection with one.

Great response Canada!!!
