I shoot less as well. I hate the daylight savings time. It's dark o'clock when I get home now. I participate in an indoor league,so thats 1 night a week, and weather permitting I shoot outdoors on Saturday/Sunday. rat'

I do. I am usually in at least a two month burn out after our season ends and I don't touch a bow. By spring though I am back at it.

I tend to shoot about the same all year long.  Most days I shoot at least twenty arrows or so, at least five or six times per week.  My summer shooting sessions tend to be longer though.

I pretty much shoot every day. If the wind isn't blowing, I shoot outside no matter how cold it gets. The coldest session so far was -12.

If the wind is blowing, I shoot in the garage at about 16', or if it is a weekend, I'll drive to the indoor range.

I shoot the same.

Have the great fortune (or careful planning) to have a house with high basement ceilings and a 70 x 30 ft basement that allowed me to put up a 20 yard range.  I shoot every day before work and a couple times after.  In the summer I shoot my outdoor deer targets after work, and still shoot indoors before work.

Shoot daily at home. Covered target butt and 3 3D targets out to 40 meters. Archery range every Sunday on 15 3D targets in deep snow  with bar-b-q following shoot. Shoot longer shots there as all the people I shoot with are compounders. Got to love a Canadian winter, aye!   :archer2:

By the time I get home from work in the winter it is dark and I can't shoot. So, yes, I do shoot less in the winter months.

I tend to shoot a lot during winter. When hunting season ends there is not much else to do.

I usually shoot year round but right now the wind chill is below zero with 40 mph winds so i will not be verturing out today!

bornagainbowhunter

I shoot a lot less in the winter.  Actually by the end of season, I shoot the worst I will all year long.

It comes from being in a tree and not practicing as much as I do the rest of the year, but deer season is "go time" its why I practice...

I shoot daily,my outdoor range is as long or short as I decide. I own an acreage. Stump shoot at least a couple times a week, and 3D on Monday nights after kids shoot at indoor range! I'm Retired. My therapy starts as soon as I have the bow in hand. I am Happy when in the bush and just being out and about. The temperature does play a part , and winter winds are bad , but i make the most of it. I shoot about the same amount. However, most of my shooting now is from 7-13 yards -- the distance of my lower level home range.

There is no indoor archery range near me but I wouldn't go there if there was.

I think I shoot the less during the months of Apr-July
I start in Aug heavy and normall shoot thru feb/march

I shoot a lot less in the winter time.  I used to have about 15y in my basement to shoot, but since I moved I only shoot a couple times at a local indoor range in the winter.  It's depressing, but what I put up with.
