Stalker Recurves is now STALKER STICKBOWS!!!

Aloha Gang,
South's transition to full time bow building has brought upon new and exciting future changes. The first new change will be the name.  As many of you already know, South now builds longbows. Given that, he decided to change the name to STALKER STICKBOWS.  
At this point, he's only updated his facebook fan page to Stalker Stickbows.  His current website will be updated with the name change and a new look by the new year.
I'll be sure to keep the Gang posted with all future Stalker updates.  Hopefully, if I keep you guys updated, then South can spend more time "gluing up lams", his favorite process in bowbuilding, according to him!      :D

Read the Hope/Faith thread from last year. Those bows took a dump trunk load full of animals. Here's my addition with "Hope":

That "Hope " bow is one sweet longbow. I have one like it with different wood being built soon. Fine bows that shoot good. I almost have stopped hunting a bit and am doing "honey dos" while waiting on it. But this evening theres this water oak thats dropping and.....RC

Yes that Hope bow was one sweet shooter .... and a very good looker too. I thought RC was going to wear it out before it got to me, but fortunately there was plenty of mojo left and it just kept getting better as Mike is proving now.

I like the new name .... best of good fortune in the future to a fine bowyer.

Another artist building beautiful and deadly bows! I just got back from the Big Island and got the chance to hunt with the "other" Ryan and watch him poke a hole in a sheep with his Stalker ( after he let me take one ). Also I now have the "Instinct" vid the Ryans made, great watching. These guys are hunters!     Maybe I'll get the chance to meet S2 and South next time down.
Be watching for me, it will be as soon as possible.   :D

Yeah, Ryan K is a great shot and awesome hunter.  It was cool that you guys got to hunt together!   Sounds like it was a blast.
