Seriously Curt, you have done a fantastic job mentoring Cade.  It started with the father son talks of what it means to be a hunter, weekend trips frogging, 3d shoots and evening practice sessions all came down to one "moment".  That moment was the hug you two shared when you found his deer.  So Cool.

Congrats Cade on holding it together and making a great shot!  You and your sister have been blessed with one heck of a Dad!

I admit, I had to wipe my eyes to keep the tears from streaming down my face as I read the story.

There's no feeling like it in the world when you're with your child when he/she gets his/her first deer, whether it be with a gun or bow. Priceless.
