I held one of Jim's new recurves yesterday. Will shoot them today. VERY nice bow. May sneak a pic if I can. I know I can out run the big guy ( maybe not his arrow though ) lol

The anticipation is killing me. Throw us a bone, Big Jim!
Take care,

If it comes from Jim it will have to be great. He would not have it any other way.     MIKE

Quite positive the big guy is more anxious than any of us to unveil his latest creation.

As a professional, he is honing and tweaking the highly anticipated design to meet not only his own expectations but to present one that either meets and/or exceeds those of the customer as well as to be production ready.

The true artisan 'Big Jim' will stick tight until the creation culminates in virtual perfection.

Never question a man's choice in bows or the quality of an animal he kills.  He is the only one who has to be satisfied with either of those choices.

I'm ready to lay the money down for a new recurve, but the introduction of this bow is holding me back.  I can just imagine buying one of the 3 i've got rounded down to and then feeling lime a toad for not waiting for this one to come out.

I will post some in a bit. I am in awe of it. Very unique look and the best friggin grip ever !

I went to the SC Trad shoot near lake Marion this weekend. Took my Bear TD and Widow PL. No intentions of buying anything. Then the big guy pulls in and starts to unload. Out comes the bows, I start looking them over, the thunder child, buffalo and then he says hey look at these. Out comes the recurves we have heard about. I fondle it, shoot is several times over the next day along with his thunder child and buffalo. Can't make up my mind if I want the buffalo or the new recurve. What the hell life is short, bought both !!!

First guy to buy one of his recurves, pretty cool.

I love the grip. I also really like the way the limbs roll over into the riser.

How about some limb pics.

One of the things I noticed is the fade of the limbs. It is up the limb a bit. It makes for a pretty darn fast bow. I can not wait to get out in the yard tomorrow and tune it up

I will add some more pics and info as I get her dialed in.

The buff is also awesome. I love my BW PL but the grip on the Buff is much nicer to me.
Both bows are 50 @28, Buff is 62" the BH is 60"

I would love to see a shot of the tips.

I will take some better pics tomorrow. It's hard to really see the grip in these pics. It is sweet

Duckbutt

I saw these bows at the shoot this weekend as well.  No offense OBX but your pics don't do them justice!  His new bow quivers are awesome too!
