Look what I found in the sagebrush yesterday

I had to share this after seeing the cute little whitey fawn on another thread. I was at work doing my thing and darn near stepped on this cute newborn antelope. If I had not been keeping my eyes peeled for rattlesnakes, I may have stepped on it! It never moved a muscle. I took a couple pics and moved out.

That little guy has no idea how lucky he is. That is the safest antelope fawn on the planet at the time. He has the coyote trapper standing over top of him. Great picture Tracy!

I didn't want to mention it here, but I did kill a wet female coyote and removed a den of pups under 500 yards from this fawn. This fawn has a chance at life.

For some reason, I just realized that whenever I think of newborn fawns a white tail comes to mind. This is the first antelope fawn picture I've ever seen! Thanks for sharing.
