Elkbreath, I agree with an earlier poster-the color and clarity of your photos is breathtaking

Are they all done with Olympus ?

PSU, That photo makes me want to see more of nebraska! never thought I would say that, but I love that breaks/hills country.

I agree with KentuckyTJ.

The big companies, Nikon, Cannon, will tell you on the motor, all kinds of little tricks.  they do make very good stuff.     In the end, especially with the quality of cameras available these days, the picture is only as sharp as the lens.  Zuiko (olympus) lens are known worldwide for their impeccable clarity and quality.  Also, Olympus builds a motor to clean dust right into the body, whereas other rely on a lens to do that.  the other advantage of olympus dslr is the size.  The 4/3 format allows for a very packable workhorse.

Fianlly, no matter what camera you are using, you will always get the best results from a tri-pod of sorts.  For clarity/quality, they are very worth their weight. I carry a tiny one, but very sturdy, while hunting that weighs half a pound, it does the job.  All the photos in my last post were taken with a tiny canon elf, with a tripod.

I'll never forget trying to hurry up and get my camera out while trying to decide which bugle to chase this morning. I missed a big bull not long after taking this picture    :knothead:   :
