Tough job you guys had. All the pics were great, but I, too, really liked the one of Cade and the frog and Larry with a great buck. My pic was poor by comparison, but thanks for allowing me into the 3rd place tie!  :bigsmyl:    :notworthy:

Don't wait to claim your prize if you won. Several have made their claim. It was work to judge this event but it was also a lot of fun.   :clapper:    :archer2:

Thanks for the opportunity Don! I guess you need to bring a good selection to the CTA state shoot so I can just buy another EFA, you gonna be there?

This was a lot of fun, some nice pics too.  Guru, you are a rich man!

Thanks Don for donating the prizes and to Killdeer and Pat for judging.  Enjoyed all the photos.  Gonna have to get me one of those snakeskin quivers, they are pretty sharp.
Don, sending you a PM.
cheers, Dale

Great pics everyone.  Thanks for the contest Don!

There were so many good photos that you could find a lot of winners. It seemed almost unfair to have to pick. The photo of Larry Myers was outstanding. The lighting was very good, the background was good, and the harvest, bow, quiver, and hunter were all in sharp contrast and well positioned. Either some one got very lucky or knew a lot about photography.

Str8jct, what you said, "This was a lot of fun, some nice pics too. Guru, you are a rich man!"
is right on. Cade brought back lots of memories for many of us with that photo at the pond with the bullfrog on his target arrow. Takes me back to Providence, Ky where I did most of my shooting as a kid of about his age. It's the place from where I brought my best memories. I'm sure many of you still have memories from your childhood days.

Not everyone has claimed their prize. Don't wait to long.

Nice job with the judging. I wouldn't argue any of those.

Wow!  Just got back in town from traveling and got a note from Ron to check the thread.  Thanks Ron for submitting my photo.  No photo without my Shrew and EF.  They are both the best made.  Picture was a great November day in SE KS.  No professional set up here just me and my best friend Tony (huckbuck) behind the camera.  Thanks Don & Karen for the opportunity.  So many great pics.
