It is looking like it should earn quite a few bucks for St Judes!   :bigsmyl:

Larry at this time, I may not be able to add to the list, its taken a long time to get from member to member and the auction is approaching and it still has a way to go.

I see that Terry or crew posted up under "how Auction works" on the St.Judes site, the following schedule.

Looks like all the auctions start the same time but end at varied times?

First off I want to thank everybody for contributing, bidding, or helping in any way with the Auction. St Jude Children's Research Hospital is a great cause and I'm honored to do my small part in helping them find cures for childhood disease. I'd also like to thank Trad Gang for allowing and supporting this charitable auction.

Guys, this got started a long time ago, and is still just on page 2 of folks who signed up, and with the Easter holiday, probably slow down en route to the next few people.

Please realize that as Tim posted above, and this is HIS BABY, there may be limited time left to get it around further than it is...

  St. Jude's Auction Pass-Around Gang T-Shirt

The shirt has been on it's journey since January, starting at Kalamazoo (thanks Joe Lasch aka Whip) and then onto individuals in the order they signed up...

There are many pages of folks who jumped into the fray since I first posted... but the time it has taken to mail it back and forth, we'll be lucky to get thru page 2 before the auction.

I do not wish to risk any mail delays or the possibility of a "loss" from this point on, especially crossing Country borders and different mail systems so close to the Auction.  The next stop would have required mailing the shirt off to David Gendron in the Yukon, CN.  I  have made the decision to stop it in it's journey when it reaches a brother just a few hours from me. I hope all will understand that this close to the Auction, I'm concerned about the shirt being in my hands when the auction starts!

Ole Doc Nock (David Landis) has graciously (depending on when he gets it) offered to take it to two shoots to add more signatures of Gang members and vendors who have supported our sport. The shoots are Baltimore, MD(May 18th, 19th ,and 20th) and Whittingham, NJ(April 27th 28th, and 29th).

To those who've been expectantly waiting their turn to sign, my apologies that it's taken this long to get as far as it has, zig-zagging back and forth across the country by mail. I should have started it earlier.

It's been a learning process and perhaps by another year, we can sophisticate the process to get it to more people...

A big "THANK YOU!" to so many who have invested time and effort and money to sign, box it back up and get the shirt off to the Post Office to send it to the next person...

For those who wanted to sign, but will not get to sign the shirt, perhaps you can add to the fun by bidding or at least joining in on St. Jude's Auction and help raise much needed funds for the kids!

                                                                          Thank you all for understanding

Thanks, Tim, for posting. Nice note.

I would hope folks don't get offended, and with luck, at either one or both shoots, I can get many more signatures and get it in your hot hands quickly...

If anyone is attending those shoots that would like to sign, please look me up. Killy will know where I am camped at B'more and KME will be my contact point at Whittingham, fwiw.

Maybe next year, someone with good computer skills (not me, not me!) could put the names in some sort of spread sheet or data base and run the zip codes so it'd fly, not in the order of sign up, but cosolidated by geographic region?

It would probably help to get as many signed up as quickly as possible to facilitate that another year... then close down the sign up till it makes its rounds and consider "add-on's" once it's made an effecient journey...

That is, presupposing the USPS will still be functioning... My mail person tells tales of woe!  :(
