and that member is Scott Teaschner @ Wyoming Wildlife Artistry

Scott saw a post where I made some off the wall comment about how much I've admired his work for a long time now but couldn't afford it.

Out of the blue I get a PM from him offering a free arm guard, am not a charity case and have a hard time excepting gifts so at first I wasn't sure how to react but after we bounced a few PM's back in forth we agreed on something that would make me feel better about taking it.

When am working I can afford to buy what I want but when am not am beyond broke and I've been unemployed for some 4 months now but am going back to work this week so all is good again.

So long story short I agreed to buy one of his hidden knife arm guards when I can afford it and in the mean time I'll use this one he sent me and when I can buy my own am going to donated this one to the Saint Jude Auction plus a 1/2 dozen footed and self nocked arrows in his name.

When this all took place I was expecting some plain Jane leather arm guard...not this!

When I opened the box today I was floored!

Thank you Scott, it is greatly appreciated and you do some of the finest leather work I've ever seen.

Man, that's one beautiful arm guard. One of these days i hope to meet Scott.

I want one of those arm guards baaaad !

Its on my list for future purchases.

But man, i am not sure i could wear such a beautiful work of art. I know its meant to wear. Its just that i think my head would explode if i scratched it.
