How do you guess which size to use?

I an archery glove I usually try to buy at a show show I can try them on.  Usually the biggest Medium or tightest Large fills the bill for me.  Is there a measurement of you hand that predicts which tab to get?   Thanks,

Gloves are quite a bit  diffrent than a tab. With a glove you are wraping the leather around your finger and there are more variables to consider. Rod Jekins somes up a glove perfectly he said you are either braking it in or its used up. Not so with a tab they generally shoot well from the start and last a long time. Shell Cordavan is the best leather for  tabs it is slick and wears like iron. With my tabs it comes with 3 rings so youre sure to have one that fits around your finger. The only other factor is the length and width. Another thing with tabs that you can not do with gloves is trim them to a custom fit for you. Judging from what you said above I would say get the medium. If you get the large you should be able to trim it if it is to long. Generally when they are to long they seem to slap you a little. I just wanted to answer Mudds question. This is a running list at the moment to get a number so I could fill orders. Dies where supposed to be in my hands Thursday. I should have known better they say Tuesday or Wendsday now. As son as I have the orders built I will post and let every one know. You can pay at that time check or pay pal. I just wanted to get a feel for how many I would have to build. I cant believe the response thanks for all the intrest as soon as they are done I will let you know.
