You can hop but you can't hide.
If it was not for rabbits I would never get a buck.

"People say you can't go back, its like when you get to the edge of a cliff and you take one more step forward or you do a 180 degree turn and take one more step forward. Which way are you going? Which one is progress?" Doug Tompkins

WOW....WOW....WOW!!! Great deer, and congrats on 3 successful recoveries!

Those are some fine bucks and that was some fine huntin. Good job on the trailing and follow up shot to get the 2nd one. I like the pics of the arrow paths and the description. Seems like you can learn something from each new look into what actually did them in. Great Job.

KentuckyTJ

Greatness! No apologies for being in the woods.

Congrats.

The fulfillment of your hunt is determined by the amount of effort you put into it  >>>---->

best hunting story thread of the year from one of our best hunters!  Congrats! Bryce
Aim down your arrow because thats where it's going.

Very cool Bryce!!! You are a deer killing machine! I really appreciate you posting the anatomy/ arrow entry/exit pictures. No matter how long we do this we can learn something new and valuable.
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

Congrats!! Nice to see fellow teacher find some quality woods time and get some results!
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.
