Emac, that hat is a big jims hat. it has a wire in the brim so you can "flip" it up out of the way of your string. 10  bucks i think, best thing since sliced bread ,imo.  

by the way, i'm Dr. Mo's younger son and needless to say he was probably the most shook up i've ever seen him after he shot this buck. thanks men for all the great comments and i;ll make sure he gets them.
