Way to go Jeff, what part of Texas?  I can't wait to get back down there to chase pigs.
I was SE of Abilene. Beautiful country...it's west Texas, but it's not too dry.

GreyRhino,,thats the way to eat allright. The meat is so tender it is falling off the bone so you can bone it real easy while it is still hot.We bag it up and freeze it.Just pop a bag in the crockpot and pour a bootle of sweet baby rays BBQ sauce in with it,, heat it up and its dangerous if ya git any on the back of yer head cause yer tounge will beat ya brains out tryin to git to it.
Man, now i need to go get me a few young wild hogs, im hungry.

The quest to improve is so focused on a few design aspects & compensating for hunter ineptness as to actually have reduced a bow & arrow's effectiveness. Nothing better demonstrates this than mech. BHs & speed fixated designs
