Thanks every one for the nice comments and the kind words. I haven't eaten the Groundhog yet, but he is in the freezer to be used along with some Squirrels,and venison stew meat, which will be made into a wild game Brunswick Stew. Thankfully I did not damage my bow when it hit the metal brace in the blind. I hope to get out again sometime this week and see if I can lay another one low. Thank you much. Well alright Tony! We all know that you would not starve due to a dead generator, and you handle it with style. Maybe I'll stop by for some Brunswick stew....

If anybody else runs into a similar problem try and get some dry ice and use the freezer as a giant cooler. $20 dry ice will save a freezer full for a few days.
